After starting his career working for major financial institutions, analyzing and underwriting business and investment opportunities, Michael ventured into being a business owner.
He learned first hand the need for operational knowledge - that there wasn’t a comprehensive “playbook” for how to run a business successfully.
Motivated by this, Michael explored the business consulting world voraciously, digesting every business course and program he could find, and identifying the “best practices” of what is available.
The result? He developed a hybrid program of the “best practices” from each of the consulting programs he examined - Zanetti Consulting is the embodiment of those practices. With a kaizen mindset, he continues to research new methods, software platforms and ideas, to ensure Zanetti Consulting is on the forefront of knowledge and know-how.
Michael also surrounds himself with an incredible team of strategic advisers and skilled contractors, and he leverages their knowledge for his clients, resulting in elite, specialized advice through one source.
Michael spends most of his free time with his family, outside somewhere on, in, or near the ocean.

Alex GIAMPIETRO
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Alex Giampietro brings more than 30 years of experience in construction, hospitality, and real estate development across New York and South Florida. He has managed multi-million-dollar commercial, residential, and hospitality projects from acquisition and feasibility through construction and operational launch, specializing in design-build oversight, budgeting, scheduling, and operational execution.
In addition to his development background, Alex has owned and operated restaurants and nightclubs, giving him firsthand expertise in customer experience, branding, operational performance, and revenue-driven management. He has also worked extensively in business development, investor relations, sales, and marketing, helping position projects for growth and profitability.
A former licensed General Contractor and Master Plumber, Alex has also served as an expert witness in construction-related disputes, strengthening his expertise in risk management and project oversight. He joined Zanetti Consulting to expand its construction, hospitality, and development advisory services, focusing on disciplined execution, operational alignment, and protecting investor capital.
Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Adelphi University.
